Information on prevention and
alternative treatments is hard to come by, because there is very little profit and maybe men want to make huge profit with pharmaceutical products.Or it could be that men don't suffer from vaginal yeast infections and are not yet prepared to put resources into preventing vaginal yeast infections. Take your pick.
Vaginal Yeast Infection
Yeast Infection is caused by an overgrowth of a type of fungus called Candida Albicans, or simply yeast. All women have small amounts of yeast and other organisms in the vagina, as well as in the mouth and digestive tract. This is normal.
What is not normal is when the balance of organisms in your vagina is disturbed and there's an overgrowth of these organisms causing yeast infection. Although vaginal yeast infection is nasty, fortunately it isn't that life threatening.
Don't feel so bad that we walk around with these creepy little, sometimes dripping, creatures in us, men have them too!
Prevention of Yeast InfectionPracticing prevention techniques may help a lot of women reduce the risk of a yeast infection, and save them a trip to the doctor. A balanced diet could go a long way towards preventing outbreaks of yeast infection. Here is the run down on what one could do:

•Be aware that when swimming you should be careful of the fact that chlorine can change the pH of the vaginal area. When that imbalance occur yeast infection results, as stated above. Remember that keeping the vaginal area moist and damp can increase your chances of infection. So dry vaginal area thoroughly after a shower or swimming.
•Avoid douching, as it disturbs normal vaginal pH balance. Douches wash away the natural protective mucous of the vagina leaving the vagina more susceptible to yeast and other vaginal infections.
•Also avoid using feminine deodorant sprays because they irritate the vulva. Also don't use deodorant or scented tampons.
Wipe from front to back after urination and bowel movement to avoid transfer of yeast from rectum to vagina.
•Excessive use of antibiotics can cause yeast infection, since they kill or decrease normal flora. If you need to take antibiotics, you can ask for an anti-yeast prescription. If possible avoid taking antibiotics for a viral condition like a cold.
•Avoid tight-fitting clothing, like jeans, and wear cotton rather than synthetic panties. Panties or pantyhose made of materials like nylon should be avoided at all cost because they trap heat and moisture.
•Eating one cup of yoghurt a day helps some women prevent the yeast infections that often follow antibiotic treatment. However, eating only yoghurt will not cure a yeast infection.
A Holistic Approach To Prevention And CureNearly everyone who learns of what holistic yeast infection cure is, are often skeptical. How couldn't you be surprised when you are told about a yeast infection cure that is capable of stopping an infection in 12 hours?
It sounds pretty absurd, but learning about this is going to be well worth your time and health. More and more women have been totally cured after undergoing these carefully crafted holistic treatments.

There are other treatments that one can use to treat yeast infection. The first treatment option is over-the-counter medications or an anti-itch cream, which is only to be used externally.
The second option is to have a doctor prescribe a medication which you shall have to take religiously until it's finished. This option, though effective short term, it tackles the symptoms on the surface with the root cause still underneath.
And the third is to try home remedies which are highly effective. Not only are these effective but they also budget-friendly. Most of the items are already in your kitchen or pantry- such as plain yogurt, cranberry juice, apple cider vinegar, or garlic.
We have heard countless success stories about Linda's program, here's a sample:
These are true stories of people who have used this program and got rid of their recurrent infections. They just couldn't believe how fast they got their relief. Some of them still don't believe that they are cured.
"I purchased your ebook online a couple of weeks ago and I wasn't disappointed. I just wanted to get rid of the pain I was going through. At my age, 48, I just was not prepared to go through antibiotics any more because every time I see my Doctor it's the same.
I am so happy to report that I have been cured! No more symptoms, those red patches on my skin. I must confess, I was skeptical but your natural methods worked a whole lot better! You are right though, why would the pharmaceutical industry want to promote a natural cure and put itself out of business?
I so wish the world would know about your ebook"

"I have had a mild yeast infection and have used OTC products before that seemed to work fine, except that it kept coming back. I needed something that could eliminate this infection for good. I did some research to figure out the difference between some of the OTC products.
I found out that vaginal yeast infection is treated with anti-fungal medicines that contain very harsh chemicals. That is when I checked out homeopathic alternatives. I wasn't sure if these would work until I read this ebook by Miss Allen.
Everything was explain in detail and now is been some time I had infections.
I hope i'm cured".

really really ichy down there. it's just plain terrible. went from one pill that gave me like 3 in a row, but switched off to another. but to get rid of it, i went to the doc and he prescribed me Diflucan which is a one pill treatment that clears up the problem ASAP - usually within 1 or 2 days. So I thought.
But now it is back AGAIN. This time I'm on the Linda Allen program and within hours the itchy thing was gone. Y'all this works.
